Building strong relationships between families and schools

A strong collaborative relationship between family and school is a key element in a child's success. How is that relationship built and maintained. What strategies have been shown to have impact? What can be done when the relationship is under strain or breaks down?

This relevant and practical course is provided in person or as a webinar and lasts between 2 hours and half a day.

Small group support for professionals

Many professionals have enquired about the Finding Common Ground approach to effective solution-focused educational conversations with families. This practical training provides support for those working directly with parents and families and has been useful to those working in schools as well as those working in other agencies (for example adoption services).

This bespoke training is available in person or online. Ongoing supervision for individuals and groups of staff is also available.
