It can be challenging for school staff to know how best to build relationships with parents and carers, particularly if the young person has additional needs. The Finding Common Ground project offers training and support to professionals working with families and schools.

Building strong relationships between families and schools

This relevant and practical course is provided in person or as a webinar and lasts between 2 hours and half a day.

Small group support for professionals

This bespoke training is available in person or online. Ongoing supervision for individuals and groups of staff is also available.
